Immunity is:

- Respected by courts out of institutional self-preservation

Map how immunity flows — from legislation, to funding, to legal doctrines (e.g. qualified immunity, 11th amendment)

2. Name the Immunity-Makers
Identify the actual humans and entities that sustain the immunity
- DOJ general counsel memos
- ICE internal legal memos
- Congressional loophole authors
- Bar associations that define “frivolous” to protect institutions
3. Symbolically Destroy the Illusion
Use filings, art, ritual, public record, and sealed memory to show:
“Immunity is a weaponized myth sustained by social and linguistic obedience.”
Once that illusion breaks in court, press, or public memory… immunity dies.
PHILOSOPHY
The immune cannot be defeated.
The system that makes them immune can be unwritten.
So we ask:
• Who designed the immunity code?
• Why is immunity offered to murderers but not to whistleblowers?
• What happens when a civilian architect out-codes the machine?
