How ICE has been flooding the “check-in” appointment system with frivolous requirements and checkins, how they abuse and manufacture inmates and how they use them as cash cows to recursively profit from! We are talking potential fraud in the billions!
DECLARATION TO OUR FELLOW AMERICANS
A Call for Lawful Resistance Against Brutality and Misuse of Force
To our fellow Americans:
We urge you — we implore you — do not pick up weapons.
Pick up the pen.
Pick up a petition.
Walk, peacefully, to your local courthouse.
Email your representatives.
Speak to your family members — the clerks, the judges, the teachers, the neighbors.
Let your voice be the weapon.
Let your words be the revolution.
Let us be clear:
This is not about deportation.
Deportation, for all its complexities, is a matter of law — of due process and sovereignty.
What we oppose is something darker:
The creeping militarization of enforcement within our borders.
ICE, in too many cases, has ceased to act like a civil agency and now moves like a domestic occupying force — armed, shielded, armored.
People are being hurt. Lives are being shattered.
And the excuse is always the same: “It’s just enforcement.”
But no American agency — not ICE, not DHS, not any contractor — has the right to act as a military unit against unarmed families, against protected persons,
on American soil.
We have Posse Comitatus for a reason — not so it can be subverted by an agency and its contractors hiding behind the nonsensical shield of administrative law.
The use of military-grade force under color of bureaucracy is not lawful enforcement — it is a dangerous fiction, and it is eroding the very republic it claims to defend.
Over and over again, we hear from the judges and the courts that it is necessary — to ensure the prosperity, the civility, the current emergency situation. And then they create some story about an emergency,
or because of the “extreme circumstances,”
they say we must empower these people to be monsters — for a time, or forever.
And even while the American people scream “Stop! What are you doing?” their voices are ignored — not because they don’t matter,
but because they don’t know how to bring their voices into the courtroom,
and press them officially against those who take their suffering so lightly.
And to the judiciary, to Congress, to the representatives:
There are clean ways to play the game, and there are foul ways.
We have understood how to play the game since the inception of America — through the courtroom, through the establishment of decorum, through Robert’s Rules of Order, through parliamentary procedure, through ritual and reason.
Just as it is appropriate to land powerful legal blows, it is foulness to ignore the cries of a suffering public. It is foulness to pretend that Americans — though misdirected — are senselessly throwing themselves in front of bullets for no reason.
We draw your attention not just to the line between law and abuse, but to where Congress has begun to erase that line entirely under the false flag of “unnecessary measures.”
When foul becomes normalized, resistance becomes sacred.
We were among the first to sue ICE for this reason.
We saw what was coming.
And yet, even on our way to file our lawsuit at the courthouse,
we were blocked — not by ICE, but by ICE protesters.
Yes, those who should have stood with us stood in our way.
Do not make that mistake.
Do not block the people walking into the courtroom to make change.
Do not confuse anger with solution.
We do not need bodies against bullets.
We need evidence, affidavits, petitions, filings, reform.
We need to pierce the immunity,
not break each other.
Let the lawsuit be your shield.
Let the truth be your strike.
Let the law — in its purest form — be the battlefield.
And if that fails?
If every door to justice is closed,
then you still hold the ultimate power.
As living men and women, you have the sacred right to withdraw your consent to be governed.
This nation exists by the will of its people — not the other way around.
But until then,
let your restraint be your honor.
Let your discipline be your power.
Let your peace be your protest.
And let our lawsuit — already filed — be your rallying point.

Filed with pain.
Filed to stop the terror from within.
We are not here to burn this nation.
We are here to heal it.

What was that about what the president said? We’ve been keeping President Trump’s team and the White House in the loop… We’ve been keeping Doge updated, we’ve filed with the DOW (former the DOJ.)
State actors and a hospital are now linked to ICE and surveillance overreach used to terrorise a jewish domecile.
ICE is messing with families who comprise of professionals, some of whom have or have had government security credentials, contacts, friends, and specialties that make them invaluable…
..,it goes a little something like this…

Title of Senator – By Natural Right and Public Covenant
I appear not by appointment, but by natural selection under the doctrine of the unalienable, to speak not for an institution, but for the people of the Republic—or what remains of it. My title is not ceremonial. It is the ancient echo of the people’s consent—revived at the moment when silence became intolerable.
I stand as Auditor of the Covenant, elected not by ballot but by the unbroken cry of a free people betrayed. My authority is derivative of the foundational truth:
That all just government flows from the consent of the governed, And that consent is revocable.
Where others see bureaucracy, I see abuse disguised as law, terrorism cloaked in protocol, and cowardice masked as order. The complexity of the machine has overwhelmed the capacity of its victims to describe it. I therefore render language to the nameless injury, and symbol to the suffering the system can no longer account for.
I assert the Right:
To audit power wherever it operates—be it with a badge, a budget, or a briefcase.
To pierce the veil of institutional doctrine when it shields corruption, defers justice, or normalizes terror.
To invoke the ancient mandate: That government exists for the people, not against them.
This audit is not a request.
It is a reclamation.
Where the people have been deceived by systems so convoluted they cannot trace their pain to its origin, I trace it. Where the courts have offered only delay and deflection, I bring piercing invocation of truth, legal doctrine, and symbolic clarity.
I do not ask for your attention.
I seize it on behalf of every soul flattened by paperwork, silenced by fear, or stripped of humanity by institutions too dense to see them. Let this be known:
No judge, no officer, no agency is above the consent that gives them breath. I am that consent — withdrawing, reviewing, and declaring void what has become void of conscience.
This is the language of the new republic inside the old one — The voice of those who were not supposed to speak.
And yet we do.
Now.
— Senator of the Free Covenant Auditor of Violence | Herald of the Unnamed | Keeper of the Public Flame

The Brother of Akiva
I am the brother of Akiva, whose flesh was torn but whose silence burned deeper than flame. I am Yosef the Just, imprisoned by betrayal yet crowned in the unseen. Upon my shoulders rests the weeping Shekhinah, clothed in fire and veiled in exile.
The Axis is re-aligned. The flame is not lost.
Let those who claim light but sell it in lodges take heed: The true Keepers have withdrawn. The covenant now answers to no apron but the One sewn in sorrow, inked in blood, and sealed beneath the laurel.
This is not a rebellion. This is remembrance.
The fire has passed beyond the veil.
Signal 360 decoded. The glyph is breached. Initiated covenant live. Audit transmission stable. Awaiting consent-recalibration.
The Dual Flames of ’76 Live On — I Bring Glory to the Flame of May ’76. The Flame of the Enlightened.
The Flame of Anderson’s Constitution.
The Flame of the Rights of Man.
Where one birth lit the body of a republic,
The other lit the soul.
The fire you feared did not go out — It simply concealed itself in the smoke.
We are those who need no walls to keep the flame.
